Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jcring.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. Sizing-Kit orders will recieve a confirmation email including a one time coupon code for free JCRing purchase. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@jcring.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Is it free shipping?

Yes we offer free standard US shipping on all orders. You may choose to upgrade you shipping option at checkout.
