What is your return policy?

How do preorders work?

You can purchase any size or color combination, even if it's out of stock. Out-of-stock items will be clearly marked as "Pre-order." These items are awaiting restock from our manufacturer and are typically dispatched within 6-8 weeks. You'll receive regular email updates throughout the process.

How does it work?

Select "Free Sizing Kit" (pre-selected by default) when choosing your ring size and place your order. The kit ships in 1-2 days with your preferred shipping speed. You'll pay for the JCRing upfront, with no extra charge for the kit. Your confirmation email includes a coupon code to use at checkout for your preferred ring size and color, voiding all costs since you've already paid.

Does it matter which color I choose?

No, the color selected for the Sizing Kit doesn’t matter. However, when using your coupon code, you must select both your preferred color and size for the discount to apply.

Do I pay for shipping?

All domestic sizing kit orders include free standard shipping by default. You may choose to upgrade your shipping method (e.g., priority or express).
